Totes Host® Party Decor Kits
Processing Times and Shipping
-Your Totes Host® decor kit order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, although we make every effort to ship same day, if possible. There may be times when certain items are back-ordered or out of stock. You will be notified of any delays and offered possible solutions within 2 business days. Standard shipping is from the Dallas, TX area via UPS Ground Shipping and usually takes 1-7 business days. Shipping times depend on the delivery destination. We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow ample time for processing and shipping. If your event is less than 10 business days away, please contact us at hello@toteshost.com or 1-844-40P-ARTY for exact shipping timeframe or to arrange for expedited shipping prior to ordering.
Returns and Exchanges
-Our goal is for you to be completely happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your complete Totes Host® decor kit within 14 days of purchase to us for a full refund (you only pay for shipping). We are only able to accept returns if all individual items in the box are unopened and in their original packaging. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Downloadable files and products are not eligible for return. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Booth By Demand and DJ By Demand Packages
Shipping and Rental Return
-Your Photo Booth and/or DJ Package will be shipped to arrive 2-4 days prior to your event date. The rental will be sent with a Signature Requirement via UPS, and it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to have someone available to sign for the booth. If arrangements are not made, Booth By Demand cannot be held responsible. We recommend sending to your office or workplace if no one is regularly home to sign for the booth. You may also select the option to have us contact you to discuss pickup options in your area via the order form. The DJ and/or photo booth rental is due back at a UPS location the first business day after your event. Example: for a weekend event it would be the following Monday, unless it is a UPS recognized holiday. For a week day event, it would be the following week day. If the photo booth and/or DJ equipment is not returned on time, you agree to pay a $100 per day late fee unless other arrangements have been made with Booth By Demand.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
-If you need to cancel your event, we offer a full refund more than 30 days prior to the event. If cancelled within 30 days, there is just a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free anytime until we ship the booth, unless the new date is unavailable. If the new date is not available, a full refund will be issued.
